About Andrea
Andrea Wilson is the founder of 21 Bridges Languages and ClearPath Clinical Intake, two mission-driven organizations focused on improving access, outcomes, and engagement through education and healthcare operations. Andrea founded 21 Bridges Languages with a simple goal: to make Spanish learning engaging, approachable, and results-driven for every student. Her programs combine structured academic support with cultural context and authentic communication, helping students strengthen confidence, achieve academic success, and develop real-world language fluency. Building on her background in public health and healthcare operations.
Andrea later launched ClearPath Clinical Intake, a specialty clinic intake and scheduling support firm that helps healthcare organizations improve patient access and reduce missed opportunities in the early stages of care. Her work focuses on operational efficiency, patient-centered workflows, and scalable systems that support both clinical teams and the patients they serve. Andrea is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Guatemala and holds a B.S.in Public Health, a Master’s degree in Global Public Health from The George Washington University, and an MBA from the University of Arizona. Her academic and professional experiences span healthcare, education, and global service, including studies in Puerto Rico at La Universidad de Sagrado Corazón and travel throughout Europe, Central America, and the Caribbean.
A new mother and passionate advocate for equitable access to education and healthcare, Andrea brings a systems-thinking approach to every initiative she leads, bridging strategy, culture, and human connection to create meaningful impact for families and communities.
